That would be babies born during the making of the film

Pixar films (Finding Nemo etc) seem to do this a lot (As it does take 3-4 years to make their films)

I think it is a group of babies that the production company have around the place to fulfill menial tasks like picking up dropped pencils or popping to the vending machine.
.....although i may be wrong.
