Does anyone know what the theme played at the end of the american sitcom 'Just Shoot Me' is and who its by?

If you tape the show, the credits show who the song is by. I say tape this as the credits go quite quickly. Hope this helps.

The closing theme is titled "Life Keeps Bringing Me Back To You", and it was sung by Lauren Wood. At the moment, it is only the 30 second or so clip you hear, although Lauren and the writers are trying to negotiate rights to record a full version of the song. I hope they succeed.
