Can anyone remember a film that was made in the 70's, I think. Its a story about a 10 yr old boy who gets some sort of majic power every time he wears a t-shirt with a tiger's head on the front. The only thing that really stands out is the boy winning a running race with this tight little t-shirt. I've seen it a few times throughout my childhood but can't seem to remember much else about it, although I seem to get little flashbacks throughout my life!

Can anyone tell me the name of this film?

Many thanks! X
