Can anyone put my mind at rest regarding a film I caught several years ago. It was based in 1980's London and featured a man who sees an old (1950's?) cine-film, featuring hop fields in ?Kent, into which has been hidden footage of people being treated for radiation sickness in a secret London hospital ward. Does anyone remember the title of this?!
