CAn anyone help.

Am trying to track down a film with Gene Wilder and Richard Pryers (hope those names are correct)

Its based around a hospital and they have a body in the boot of their car, think they stole it from the hospital. Not sure of any more details. Its a film I saw many years ago and would love to track down.

silver streak was the train, hear no evil etc one was blind the other deaf, maybe stir crazy by elimination

It wasn't Stir Crazy, they were in prison for most of that one.
I don't remember Another you, maybe that was the one.
