Sean's mum in corrie

I'm sure the actress playing the part of Sean's mum in coronation street was in it years back playing the part of Connie Clayton, (real name Susan Brown) her daughter had a baby by Terry Duckworth. Does anyone know if it is the same woman.

Yes it is the same actress who played Connie Clayton.She appeared in 1985,and again in 2000.

she's been in loads of stuff: where the heart is; taggart; peak practise; the bill; rose and maloney; dalziel and pascoe etc etc!!

She was in Ruth Rendell's Kissing the Gunners Daughter which was repeated on tv in the last week.
