Anyone watch this documentry last night?

Was really sweet. It s a bit like Seven Up - except they follow these 3 kids who move to England for 5 years.

The little pakistan kid, really, really reminded me of Peter Sellers in the film 'Party'.

I saw it and enjoyed it but I did feel sorry for them as they should've learnt more English before going to school especially the girl as she looked so lost!

I look forward to seeing it in the next few years!

I know - i felt sooooooo sorry for the girl!

She looked sooooo unhappy and miserable. Although when spoken to she said she was happy and liked it here - not sure if she was just being polite!?

Bless her...hope they all settle well.

I felt she was being polite, I really do hope they settle well!

Did you notice when the little pakistani boy was learning the alphabet he missed out the letter G and the teacher didn't correct it? Only a tiny thing but that bugged me for ages!!

lol - yeah i did notice it!

Bloody typical eh?!

If I was the complaining letter type I'd be writing off to channel four blasting the education system for it, but I'm not so I won't!!

Another thing that bugged me was the way they was all crowding the poor girl in the playground like she was some sort of freak show, she looked terrified! I'm sure she'll settle though and once she can speak English things will be much easier for her!
