Ray in Eastenders

Wasn't that bloke who played Ray (Carla's boyfriend) in Eastenders only a couple of years ago as the temporary Vic landlord before Alfie took over?

That has got to be some sort of record for a same soap/different character part!

I definatly knew him from somewhere so could well be from eastenders - they seem to like to reuse actors dont they ! Found that whole grant/carla/ray storyline so amusing !

Correct, Ray is played by actor David Kennedy, who has already had one spell in EastEnders back in 2002 as the Vic's bar manager, Dave Roberts. :-)

Dont think it is a record though, some soap actors have played more than 2 characters in the same soap
