Set in the near future but with an oddly '1950's ' feel to it.The government makes everyone take a 'dumb down' pill every day. Intellect is stifled at every turn. The film pivots around a teenager boy who starts to rebel and falls in love with a girls- whose father is part of the government machinery.


Any ideas folks?
