I have had PCF for a while and I didn't take care of myself. No instead of being insulin resistant, I have diabetes. My symptoms were High Blood Sugar, Hair loss, Hair on the face, acne, No ovulation cycle for over 4 months, and lack of hormones, & Weight gain. Did you do the 4-5 hr blood sugar test? The biggest thing is being insulin resistant or in my case diabetic.
