Rocky dies at start of film and goes to boxer heaven. From there on in its just like the original Rocky with his trainer Mickey getting him geared up to fight the ghost of Apollo Creed. 4 sequels are in the pipeline with all 4 films being exactly the same as the original 4 sequels.

no idea but the credits on imdb list spider rico, the first person he fights in rocky - should be interesting whatever

Talia Shire (Adrien) refused to do the film so she isn't in it. I have read that the film begins with Rocky visiting her grave.
