Does anyone remember a fitness programme which was on during a weekday morning with a lady called something Becker. She was American and wore a leotard and was extremely full of herself - trying to get us 'stuck in a rut' housewifes to get fit and re-apply our makeup for when our husbands get home ! I think it was just about the first fitness prog I had ever seen. No one I've talked to of my generation remembers it - I guess it would be around early seventies?

It used to be on on a Wednesday afternoon! My Mum and I would watch it as we were both home for half-day-closing! She wore diagonally striped leotards in bright colours I remember! wasn't it Bounce not Boomph?

actually u are right, and it is on IMDB and Amazon available on DVD! It was Sue Becker and she was Australian! 1971 it started
