I don’t think Fawlty Towers will be a hit on its return and should be left where it is as a master class by John Cleese
I’d like to see some more light entertainment at weekends like The Generation Game and I also enjoyed the series of Home Fires which came to an abrupt end
Maybe a today version of Soldier ,Soldier ?

Anne Widdicombe - now there's a voice i'd rather not have to listen to. Like finger-nails on a blackboard. Even typing that sent a chill down my spine :-(

Only Fools & Horses, but how good it would be without the fabulous original cast is anyone's guess. I used to love the Generation Game, but only with Brucie, and of course he couldn't do it now. I too like Anne Widdecombe, the only tory I know who voted against fox hunting.

Yes barry I agree, that was one of the very rare successful remakes. Thanks to the brilliant cast more than the writing IMO.

As for reboots The young ones (call it Woke snowflakes, plenty of ammo to take the p...)

Yes Owen Jones is extremely leftie but I think he'll grow out of it, his heart is in the right place :-) It's that Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu that I really can't stand. She is so aggressive and rude, waggling her finger at everybody.
