Sky Not Downloading

I'm having problems with Sky not downloading stuff drom catch up and on demand. I can still record programmes and use my apps but whenever I try to download something it shows 0% and after abot 30 seconds or so it comes up as download failed.

I've tried resetting my router and router connection but nothing seems to be working. There can't be anything wrong with my Internet as I can still watch Netflix and Prime etc., so I'm thinking maybe it's a problem with Sky. I'll contact them tomorrow morning but is there anything else I can do now?

Do a planner rebuild - you won’t loose anything.

Can’t remember what menu its in.
On my non-Q box its in the help menu

Forgot to say I've got Sky Q.

When I go into settings I get X on network connection.
Can’t help, but perhaps do a rebuild anyway

So.....I ran a software update and it seems to be working ok now.

I thought there would've been notifications for an update but nope!
I've got the same problem. How do I run a software update on Sky Q please?

Woofas, go to Settings>System Info>Setup>Software Download. Takes a bit of time but once its done, put on standby and you should see it restart.
