Can anyone check their on screen tv guide and tell me if Great Canal Journeys is showing at 9pm?
My tv says it is Grand Designs. My Radio Times tells me it should be Great Canal Journeys

mine says Grand designs on 8pm and 9pm
that was More 4....
This is strange.I saw in yesterday's paper ,in the TV listings for the week, that it was Great Canal journeys with Gyles Brandreth and Sheila Hancock and i made a mental note to watch it or record. Then in today's paper as you say is Grand Designs.
On my freeview guide, it's Great Canal Journeys at 9pm.
Just had a look on More 4 website and it lists it as being next Monday 15th March at the same time.
this was my tv screen

I see the same as you, Emmie. Great Canal Journeys is a new two parter that was supposed to be on this week and next. I'll record the 9pm Grand Designs and see what I get
i don't stay up to watch it these days, either programme, i usually do catch up when i can
Question Author
Can't be doing with Grand Designs.
you might get that but easily deleted i guess.
Question Author
Yes, it's not like the bad old VHS days.
looked at Radio times on line just now, and it gives Grand designs on at 9pm
Question Author
RT got it wrong then :( Or there was a last minute schedule change for some reason
no idea... good luck
I see no one believes me then.
Question Author
I do believe you, grumpy, as my onscreen planner says the same :)
Thanks Barry,it just seemed my answer had been overlooked.
Found a great youtube series, a couple of nice guys who live together on a barge. Very informative and relaxing. Just look for 'foxes afloat'. If you watch the earlier ones first you can then progress until recently after their covid experiences.
Question Author
Dagman, I watched that series a year or so ago on tv - it may have been on Amazon Prime but it wasn't called 'Foxes Afloat'. Definitely the same series, though, I thought it excellent
Question Author
It was Amazon Prime, it was called 'Britain by Narrowboat' and is still available
