I watched the first part of this series last night and enjoyed it immensely. I couldn't place Neil Brand but he seemed familiar. It dawned on me this morning that he reminded me very much of Clive James, it's the speech pattern.

Worth watching if you have an interest in tv theme tunes and scores

I watched his series about musicals. Fascinating. I’ve recorded this one so look forward to seeing it. He is a wonderful pianist.

He has had an occasional slot on Radio 4's The Film Programme.
