I don't really know what your tastes are, but here goes - 6:50 Channel 5 Britain's Favourite Christmas Carol. 6:25 ITV The Chase Celebrity Special. Or there's a 1951 version of Scrooge at 3:10 on Channel 5. Don't know if you like Michael McIntyre, he's on tonight as well. Pure escapism for me is Say Yes to the Dress on Quest Red (on now). Hope that helps !

i have a smart tv and gives all the listings, i honestly couldn't find anything to watch, and still can't.
Football focus then football on BBC1, BBC 2 dire
thought there might be a series that someone has watched that could be on.
