Not too bad just in from work,had a bacon cob and a mug of tea,still no drink!!!

Easier than I thought, I might nip out on Tuesday for a couple!! It's the drinking at home I need to cut down, are you still off the drink?

I've had a pretty chilled day. OH was doing the painting when I got up so I just had a few coffees and started dinner (I got up late) my daughter and her mate came for dinner.

My kids are food users :-)

Haaa! I like ya logic.Go out for some drinks to stop more drinkin at home!

I failed tonite Frayz by havin some wine oh well must do better...

Fraser - I've given up drinking at home as well. It was easier than I thought as well and I sleep much better and have much more energy.

Ummmm,how much more painting have u got to do? Sundays arent the same without a Sunday lunch.I sometimes do em but rare these days.

You aren't a big drinker though are you, ag?

I just go out to meet people,living on my own get boring that's my excuse and Iam sticking to it!!!!

Not really Ummmm and I know I can do it if I tried harder.My GP told me to stop too.I did go a week or so recently without a drop but then went wrong.

It's just the one room. We've sanded the floors and fireplace and stuff like that. It's been plastered so the walls and ceiling needs a few coats. Plus we have a new sofa we have to work around which slows it down quite a lot.

Yeah Frayz I get ya.Social bit is important.That's one problem I dont have.I meet all sorts believe u me!

I've been in the zone alright yesterday and today, a 500 mile ( there abouts ) road trip.There yesterday and back today after a phone call pretty much out of the Blue yesterday morning. Won't go into it but it feels like my @rse is still grafted to the driving seat.
