what the s**t are you on about! Owain Glyndwr kicked you f***ing English arse!
Stewie often says bizarre things to reflect the fact that he is supposed to talk like an Englishman - how many babies do you know who would say "who the deuce are you?"! I've seen the episode you're talking about and I can't say we thought it meant anything - that was the point - and the reason therefore that it was funny.

..Americans use the phrase quite often," to welsh"..(without the capital W)..meaninig.. 1. to avoid paying one's debts, to break an agreement. 2. (of a bookmaker at a racecourse) to swindle by decaming without paying out winnings.

...it is my belief that this is where the term "welsh rabbit" came from, where the hunter would return empty handed to his family, with no meat for the table, they would then dine on cheese on toast , hence "welsh" (scarpered) rabbit...

always thought it was welsh rarebit...
joko. I'm with you, we always said Welsh Rarebit.
..it's definatly "rabbit"...it was later mutated into "rarebit" by the upper classes...
