There may be some confusion over names here - Sally Geeson appeared in the '70's sitcom 'Bless This House with William Stewart (no G) who played her brother. He should not be confused with the TV quiz host and producer William G Stewart, who is someone else entirely, and no doubt includes the 'G' to avoid confusion, and to conform with Equity rules concerning the registration of names. Another example is Harry Corbett - owner/driver of Sooty, and Harry H. Corbett, long-suffering 'Son' in 'Steptoe and Son'.

Acccccording to the iimdb, the brother was played by Robin Stewart.

A couple of years ago, I was a contestant on "Fifteen to One", and I'm 99% certain that Bill's wife is his colleague, Laura.

I'd forgotten I asked this. But I wasn't confusing anyone - Sally Geeson was indeed the second wife of William G Stewart, who then married Laura.
