It does, Very much so...
Best drama I've watched for ages, cried buckets
Same here, cried all night last night, and only just stopped. Very good drama! Good detail and fab ending!

one word to describe it - amazing !!! the best thing on tv in a very long time, does anyone happen to know the quote at the end of todays show ( fridge door ) shown at the very end, went along the lines of embrace the world, the universe.

cheers

CANCER, my dad died last week of it and this show really does bring it home but without the detail. Very sad, but very well done.

Oh dear - have to disagree, sorry, I thought it was cringingly awful & said so in a post this morning. I only watched tonight to see if it got worse - it did.

My earlier post here

Very clever and moving. Am now totally in love with Tamzin Outhwaite, she played the part so well and looked gorgeous every minute of it.
I think Robina and I were watching from another planet. I thought it was an awful story with terrible acting and no chemistry between any of the characters.

It was absolutely fantastic, had me sobbing like a baby at the end as it reminded me of my dear old mum who died of cancer two years ago. The music at the end - was that This Woman's Work by Kate Bush as well? Hearing that made me feel even worse!

I lay in bed sobbing my heart out.I think it opened a few old wounds.Brilliant though!

Yes..I enjoyed it!!...It has helped me come to terms with losing my wife just over 15 months ago....also to cancer, she too was only young (29)...Thought nobody would ever put life and our immortality into a drama so powerful!!...funny how you can draw comfort like this??

well done ITV!!!!

Chris

WOW... can't stop listening to that bloomin' kate bush song either!

it was wicked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought it was excellent, makes you question your own mortality
i thought the drama was really good. it brought back alot of memorys as i lost my mum to cancer, two brain tumors in fact. and other cancers aswell.it made me think cause i neverreally saw mum ill she was good at hiding it. when i saw the way tasmin playedit i wondered if thats how my mum was deep down. she died at 47.

I loved it too. Really thought provoking. The wife was a fantastic woman, so strong.

I would really really like the poem that was spoken at the end, does anyone know where I can get it from?? I have searched the internet and found nothing.

yes i watched it and i thought it was truely amazing not on the part of clarie but the wife too
