why i get goose bumps on my arm and legs, when i hair remover it is very rough and hard bumps skin.how I can to rid off them and smooth skin?

Try using a bathsponge with a pad one side of it that looks like a scourer. If you use this every time you bath or shower, and then moisturise after it you should get rid of the bumps. After a short while your skin should get smooth.It really does work.
