Apart from the diversity angle what valuable contribution did Ore Oduba make to Britain's 100 favourite walks, presented by that well known walker Julia Bradbury?

// the presenters Julia Bradbury and Ore Oduba//
So was he not a co presenter?
If so that's what contribution he made.
i didn't watch it sadly, but may do a catch up later.
Ore seems a personable guy but since Strictly he is popping up on tv a lot more. Not sure that is a good thing.
i thought he used to be a sports pundit, can someone say that is right or not..
Yes, a co presenter.

//The ITV show, presented by Julia Bradbury and Ore Oduba, brought viewers the ultimate guide to the beautiful British outdoors.//

It's a bit like asking what Gordon the Gopher brought to the Broom Cupboard.
Ore Oduba (born 17 November 1985) is a British television news and sports presenter, currently working for BBC Sport. He is best known for winning the fourteenth series of BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing.
^ In answer to emmie's query
So, he has experience as a presenter and he can walk, ideally suited!

Is it 'cause he's Black?
i knew that he did some sort of sports punditry, now he's popped up on some dire gameshow, I took a few minutes to view and decided it wasn't for me.
Of course it is Baldric - I note the OP is not mentioning the other people on the show!!
He's been on screen in various ways for 10 years, it's just that some of his earlier work wouldn't be what lots of us watched.
don't much like football, so probably didn't know of him till Strictly.
He started on Newsround, in the link I gave you - a while since I watched that.
Emmie, Google mentioned that he also did Newsround for a number of years, and 'Claimed And Shamed' (on BBC, about insurance fraud) for a while too.
didn't watch them to be honest.
Anyway, it would be interesting to know the OP's point of view.

I enjoy these types of programmes and Julia is great and enthusiastic about them - I am sure Ore's pleasant and cheerful personality works fine alongside hers.
will try and catch up...
Julia "AirMiles" Bradbury as she's affectionately known in the Sam household.

Totally agree Mam, she is to walking what Clare Balding is to racing, but there was no need to have a co presenter, his rare presence was not needed, also the fact that judging by all the ramblers that were shown throughout the programme, rambling the countryside isn't a hobby that black people seem to take part in.
