Tilly; Tommy killed Alfie Solomons because he allowed the Italian to have his men act as seconds to the boxer, Goliath. Thereby allowing access to the bout and putting all of the Shelby family in mortal danger.
Wonder if we get to see another Alfie in the next series - Alphonse Capone, who got a mention in the final episode:-)
