Does no-one have the 'nads to tell David Walliams that he's just not funny, no matter who his 'friend' is?
Punchlines approaching like a heavily laden goods train attached to ideas that Reg Varney and his conteporaries would have rejected.

I'm sure that one day he'll be featuring in an historical police investigation programme.

It was the Jeremy Kyle sketch x
Gness,
// I've not watched the friend programme......but I do like men who have a bit about them and aren't nasty and ***.....so he suits me fine.....x //
I could be a bit nasty till Ann, my wife, showed me a better way. It was a case of the right woman who would not give up at the first disappointment. I now face the world with humour it's more effective.
Donny......I'd never have guessed you had ever been any different.....you come across here as funny and kind.........kindness I like......
I'm sure Ann didn't change you really......just brought out a hidden Donny.....I think I'd like her....

When I met MrG he was very serious and I think a little pompous.....what I call.....being English......but the fun and humour was there.....just needed a bonkers Irish lady to find it....
As he died he thanked me for the happiest thirty years of his life......and then complained about the bad grammar on the sign above his hospital bed..... the Englishman was still lurking there!!!! ☺
