'He (LN Cumming) added: "She is the well-mannered yet rampant lioness and we are her lucky cubs."

Me thinks he wasn't entirely serious.

Reading that ^^ from ZM George Galloway comes to mind ;o)
Perhaps someone will quit the site in a blaze of self  indulgence, only to pop up later as if it was nothing unusual .
Oops wrong thread(^_*)

The Great Leader may yet offer votes for £3 each. What could possibly go wrong?

not sure how that follows Murdo!
The problem is, that whilst many English voters (me amongst them) would vote for an SNP candidate if they thought it would increase the possibility of Scottish independence, having the UK Parliament top heavy with representatives who have no regard for the English would not be a good idea.

Personally I think that any referendum on Scottish independence which is restricted to solely Scottish voters is unfortunately bound to fail – and fail heftily. They had their best chance a couple of years ago and got the closest they are likely to get to success for a generation or two. Their best chance is to persuade the UK government to extend the plebiscite to include all UK voters. But I don’t think too many English voters would tolerate seeing the Westminster forum stuffed with SNP MPs which would be needed to achieve that aim.
Who'd own the nuclear deterrent?
Barking mad as always
Err....Yes.
But she's not putting any candidates up in englandshire
Like it or not, Ms Sturgeon is inspirational for a lot of people north of the Border, and to continue to bad-mouth her does no one any credit.
She is also hated by a fair few North of the border.

Must admit voting for jimmy K is very tempting if it meant all the scottish went home.
The woman is a control freak. I think she’s becoming an embarrassment to many Scots.
I suspect the real reason why Ms Sturgeon gets such a lot of stick here on AB is because she isn't a Tory. Hence the attempts to ridicule her with daft names.
Do you honestly belief your post Mickey or are you just fishing for an argument?
*believe
Not at all YMB.

Sturgeon is the First Minister of Scotland and the head of an organisation that sends 56 MPs to Westminster, easily the largest amount after Labour. In fact, her MPs make up a sizeable amount of the Opposition.

All I am saying is that to continue to calls her silly names ( not you ) says more about the person using that language than it does about Sturgeon.
