In the episode with Pat Mustard the milkman,they use a bit of music every time Pat Mustard appears.Does anybody know what the music is called?

It's a wonderful tune called "PENTHOUSE SUITE" and it's by "SID DALE" It is available on the album "THE SOUND GALLERY VOLUME 1.
