Sia is actually one of the world's top singers. I always feel cheated though that we can't see her face and can't tell whether she's miming or not.

I meant one of the world's top singers in terms of popularity over the last year or so, not in terms of vocal technique (although she is pretty good too) She has actually been making music for around 20 years. You may also recognise her voice as the singer on the song Titanium from a few years ago.

Did you see the Tianjin Duo on the same programme! Amazing she was standing on the top of his head, on one pointed toe, completely unsupported.

Yes, we did Margo- we loved it. I always enjoy some Swan Lake but this was the most impressive performance I can remember seeing. Do you thing any strings were involved?

No, I never noticed any strings, I took it completely at face value and was completely in awe of the whole performance. I've not seen anything quite like it before. I was trying to find a video clip to put on here but I am not very good at things like that, perhaps you could have a look.

To be honest I was not that impressed with the singing performance Not that I'm an expert but it all seemed very sameish, not pushing herself. Maybe she can do better then if she qualifies as a top singer.
