Does anyone know the names of the songs and the band that sings them in these trailers?

Thumbsucker lyrics go something like
'Hey it's time to move away and shine, you can be all you ever want in a dream, you can take time along the way, let this music in you head, etc... Thanks if you can help

Shopgirl is like
'You're the caller you're the movement and the spin, the rest I can't hear. It starts out with a really kind of electirc/funky beat. The other song I'm wondering about has lyrics like 'I've got a hunger, twisting my stomach into knots..... ba baaah, this is the sound of shadowlands (or something like that) I think that the two songs in this trailer are sung by the same person (it might even be the same song!)

The songs in shopgirl are two different songs, and the first is called "Consequence" by The Notwist, and the second is by Death Cab For Cutie, and is called "The Sound Of Settling."

The song in thumbsucker is the polyphonic spree and the song is called move away and shine
