Film About People On An Island

Thinking of a film from quite a few years ago. Can't remember much but I remember maybe a group of tourists were of an island living there and they were attacked by a local tribe. The film was then about the tourists making a base and defending themselves.

would it be No Escape about a prison Island where the prisoners are dumped from mainland by helicopter.There are 2 factions.The Insiders and the Outsiders.The Insiders are like hippies(the goodies)and grow crops and make craftwork etc and have built a large defensive compound to keep the aggressive Outsiders away.The prison Islands sadistic warder rubs his hand hoping the rivals will wipe each other out. The cast is Ray Liotta,Lance Henriksen,Stuart Wilson,Kevin Dillon and others.
