The wife has got a contract with EE with discounts it works out at £8.50 but every month they try to charge her more she never goes over her allowance but every month her bill is over what she should be paying so every month I spend a hour on the phone fighting it today they keep putting phoned down or passing me about any advice where I can turn to we have text messages off EE backing her contract and how much it should be sorry for long drawn out message lol

Maybe it's £8.50 + VAT. That's about what I pay. It's hard to answer without the detail- maybe she is using internet access which will probably be outside the allowance. Mine is EE and it's always okay. Can she get a detailed bill online?

It's £8.50 all in 500 mins unlimited text unlimited Internet but always try and charge her over £20 she never goes over minutes it's sim only

They must list the items which are outside the bundled allowances - is it 0800/0845/0870 etc numbers?

Or are you saying that they just have the tariff amount wrong?
