Am I the only person on the planet who can't stand Pointless any more. Such endless praise churned out by AA to contestants etc.

And that business! journalist Steph... Talk about dumbing down.

I gave up on Pointless ages ago, what with the continual repetition of how much money they can win and how losers are described as "fantastic contestants" even when they've proved to be completely thick.

I like Pointless. I wouldn't mind seeing re-runs of 15-1 though!

Hope so. What I object to on Pointless too, is the endless film flam filling in rather than getting on with it. Campaign to bring back Fifteen to One! I went on it so may be biased!

Your second point is well made VHG. It's a better show when Alan's in for Alexander.

I agree with most of the comments on here about Pointless, but I still love
it. Best to record it and then whizz through the boring bits !

Yes, Viv is quite right. I do that - my record for watching the complete show in this way is eight minutes, though I did skip an entire question in round two as I had no idea what they were on about (something to do with films, as I recall).

I whizz through the chatty bits, too.I still like the show.I'd would love to see 15 to 1 back. Don't know why they got rid of it.
