No, it's free to download programmes that are included in your package. You can obtain a free box with a wired connection or buy a wireless box for £19.95. The box is very small (about 4'' square) and sits on your Sky+ box.

p.s. All the catch up programmes appear to be there. BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, 4 OD etc
