Janet Jackson Performing The Song 'alright'

Can any one please tell what award show etc where Janet is wearing a 1940s style coat ( red I think) and very large hat with backing dancers wearing similar 1940s style performing the song 'Alright', she is not wearing the zoot suite but a coat. I can't remember where she was performing or what year. Can any of you Janet Jackson fans help, I am so desperate to watch it on youtube but I can't find it. Thanks to any one who can help.
