i recall that he did at least once and altho u didnt see his face he was actually........a she !

used to love this cartoon back in the day.saw it on one of those top 100's and it explained what the robot bit was for - apparently the show was too violent so whenever their was a violent fight scene in the japanese original they cut it out and replaced it with the robot narration !
