Can anyone help me with this quote - I think its a Jim Carrey.

Sounds like Jim Carey, but I can't tell you where it comes from.  My friend used to say it as "Welcome to Loserville.  Population One.... YOU!".  Mind you, she obviously lived there too - she had actions for the words!!!  Sounds like something from Ace Ventura to me!
