Anyone else watching this. I don't normally go for 'historical' things but I am really enjoying this - currently watching the 60's episode.

Yes, I watched the series and thought it was really good. So clever to use the families own histories too, it really makes history come alive when you can relate it to something personal.

Seems we are in the minority - still enjoyed it though.
I really enjoyed it, I have just watched the 70's. :)
I loved it. Tuned in by accident on the second episode and caught up with the first on iPlayer. Pity it stopped at the 70s, they could have eked out an extra decade and plonked a Quattro out there on the street where the coke bottle 'tina was parked last week.
I watched the 70's one yesterday, the participants were obviously surprised about how they felt about the decade
I've been watching it with the family and we all like it. There aren't many programmes which we all watch as a family but this is one of them. We just watched the 2nd World War episode. We are a bit behind but it's been recorded. I can't wait to watch the 70s episode!
My local Spar is selling retro GPO rotary telephones for £35. I was tempted but the missus would have killed me for spending 35 notes on something we don't need.
That's cheap SB..........they sell for a lot more on Camden Market.

Thanks for the link Ian, really interesting.
I thought it was brilliant, and I liked the fact they linked it to their own families.
