I am having some financial difficulties at present and want to sell a white gold( small blue face)ladies watch and what I believe is called a "markeet"(don't know if this is correct term/spelling)woman's bracelet. The watch is from 1978 and the bracelet I'm not sure as it was from my ex-Mother-in-law and she died in 1979.I imaging that goes back quite a few years. What would be the best place to sell these, I was just going to goin to a High Street family, local, jewellers shop?  I don't have any kind of camera at present, to put it on ebay.

Have you got any old jewellry shops around about your area? I don't mean a chain, like an old, family run place.  You might find they would be able to help you, a lot of them buy and sell watches and jewellery

Jewellers' shops offered me #300 for 3 rings worth at least # 1500 retail.

You might be better putting ads in the Bargain Pages if you can wait a week or two for the money.
