Harry Hill's last tv burp. I shall miss him. His observations were hilarious.
I think his Amanda Lamb song should go to the top of the charts. LOL!

I like him quitting, but I also like him doing the show. Which is best?

I agree. I think HH is like marmite I know alot of people that cant stand him.

Its probably the only show on TV I'd ever make a point of sit down and watching. Its the one show we all enjoy as a family.

Just a thought. Has anyone here seen a show presented by Amanda Lamb ? How bad, or good, was she? Bet her agent is pleased with Harry Hill, whatever the answer! I'd never heard of her before Burp.

She used to present property programmes, she was quite good.
She was also the original Scottish Widow in the TV ad I believe.

I do agree that Harry Hill is funny, but the show will still have the same writers so whoever takes over the show will be just as humorous.

I certainly dont think it will be the same without Harry Hill, Im not a lover of the show myself but have seen little clips that amused me.

I used to like HH, he once had a comic strip type of programme called Harry Hill's Fruit Fancies in the 1980's, it was hilarious. That made me watch the TV Burp, but it seems to have got sillier lately. I think he's taken it as far as he can go. I'll miss some of his observations though.

Hes actually not quitting anymore! He has agreed to make another series, apparently he was tired of having to watch endless t.v programmes ....but after Simon (up his own backside) Cowell had a word, he agreed to carry on! YAY!

I used to like it, but find now that his tv observations have got fewer and fewer and his silly items, like the fight, Amanda Lamb, Heather etc have taken over and it is no longer funny.

I agree with Jules, it isn't the show it was.

It's got very tired and repetitive.

I like H on You've Been Framed though - he does the voice over brilliantly.

He has bowed out in time I think. I don't laugh at it as much as I used to, but he can STILL make me laugh. He did a skit on Gail and Audrey from Corrie where they went power walking and he put Tony Christie's Amarillo to it and it worked a charm, was very funny.
