Agree - good for her ....
Forest Gump 2
Be a bit weird if she wasn't wouldn't it? After all, she could sue :P
i hope they don't, poor woman should be left alone, not the greatest voice, and seems quite a fragile person.
mickrog, don't be nasty.

Its in rehearsals now, elaine c smith taking the lead
at least elaine has a decent enough voice.
Not being funny but that will be shorter than a 20 year old footballers autobiography.
I fail to see the appeal, but then I don't like musicals anyway, so I have no real interest.
mickrog - spelling not one of your better points then?
What has she really done in life that warrants a musical about her - just won a talent competition on the strength of viewers votes that she is a bit "different". I can think of far more worthy people.
Absolutely lame basis for a musical, if this is true.
yes it is happening!......saw it on the news tonight, and she is making a personal appearance too!..........
I hope its not taxpayer funded
Why?
She deserves a whole show.

She's a fairly good, but not great, singer.

I'll go and see a musical based on that.

Okay, I won't.
I am not up on such matters but this strikes me as exploitation in the worst possible taste. It looks as though the poor woman is being treated as a freak.
maybe true mike, but she'll make shed loads of cash out of it, keep her secure in her dotage!.........she won't object!............lol........
No one objects to a wodge of cash !
