I just watched it- still don't see what the puritanical fuss was about- so she discussed someone taking her knickers off and made use of a pineapple in a little demo- it was part of story- she's being paid to be interviewed and be amusing- she didn't harm herself at all imho, certainly didn't do anything wrong.

I haven't seen the programme, but I think it must be terribly difficult for the truly beautiful people who have been in the public eye for most of their lives to accept the cruelty that nature inevitably brings - old age. Give them a break guys. None of us are perfect.

I think it depends whether you think ladies her age should be out clubbing and being dragged to the grave kicking, screaming and partying or sat at home with a nice mug of cocoa wearing a twin set and pearls and reading the parish magazine. Personally I prefer the former:)

So do I, except apparently if you don't fit into the granny stereotype some other women appear to take exception. I'm not against grannies (I've had many a jumper lovingly knitted) but I am against people being criticised for 'not acting their age'.
