I remember vaguely an ITV supernatural/ghost drama series probably back in 1984, 85 or 86, shown on ITV late at night. I think, I remember the opening title has a skull, a spot light shines infront of a mansion in black and white with the title of the drama. It has a different story every week similar to Tales of the Unexpected. Does anyone know what the progam is called?

West Country Tales?
World's beyond?

Do you know if the title you are seeking is English or American etc?
Question Author
Is definitely not West Country Tales.

Not sure it's World's Beyond, if only there's an opening title I could watch then I'll know.

The program is UK made shown on ITV on weekends I think.
Mystery & Imagination?
Sounds like 'World's Beyond"
I remember a TV series in the eighties called "Hammer House of Horror" which had an opening sequence with pictures of various angles of a mansion in it like you say, but not sure about the skull. this series was very similar to Tales of the Unexpected
Tales from the Crypt?
Question Author
Checked on Youtube it's not Hammer House of Horror and definitely not Tales from the Crypt or Mystery & Imagination.

The opening title ends with a 2D black and white picture looking down the front porch of the mansion with a tree beside it and then spotlight shines down showing the title of the program. Hope someone will remember this progam.
The only thing I can think of is Armchair Thriller but the opening titles had a shadow walking towards an armchair and sitting on it.
