Government front-bencher

I was in the houses of parliament recently watching a debate. There was an MP on the government front bench that I would like to know the name of. Can't be mistaken, he was youngish with very long blond hair, said nothing that day but looked like he knew were he was heading with his feet up on the dispatch box.

I can only think of Michael Fabricant who has straggly collar length blonde hair. He's not too young, though, he must be 60 if he's a day.He's a Treasury Minister.

Yes, I think you're right. I did ask one of the ushers on my way out who he was and promptly forgot the name, but you have lit the light bulb!
