Sky+ to dvd recorder

I have got a Phillips DVDR 70 recorder and in moving house I have lost the instructions, can anyone tell me the "idiots guide" on how to record from my Sky+ box to dvd and what discs do I need. Thanks in advance

New manual:

Connect the Sky+ box in accordance with the instructions at the top of page 18.

Use DVD+RW disks for recordings which can be over-written. Use DVD+R disks for 'one time only' recording.

Set the video recorder to record from 'Ext 2', rather than from a numbered channel.

Yes thanks for that, I have tried googling and got nowhere. Page 18? is that in a sky book as I don't have my manual. have to get one of the grandchildren to try this!!
Page 18 refers to the manual I've linked to. (Just connect a Scart lead from the Sky+ box to the 'Ext 2' socket on the recorder).
