Does anyone know were I can get a reasonable price for some old records, the collection dates back 30 years to my childhood and includes Animal Kwackers theme, 3 Barron Nights, Rupert the Bear theme tune, King of the Cops and Steptoe and Son at the Variety Performance??????

You could try contacting one of the Virgin Megastores, if they can't help they may be able to point you in the right direction.

I was in W.H. Smith last week and I was reading one of those books that tells you how much for collectables and which dealers you can go to etc

They are the largest 2nd hand store that deal with records & they have staff that specialise in selling & buying records.Their shop is in  Croydon but on their webpage you can email them if you have a query about a certain record or records you have in your collection.There is also a phone number & Fax number on the page.I don't know if you ever listen to Talk Sport but they have a phone in between 10am-1pm weekdays.Well usually the last hour of they show they have a specialist on to deal with the subject they are talking about.Well about once a month they get this guy from beano records to come on the show & people phone up & he gives them a vaule on their record or records.This guy knows his stuff.
