if you see his filmography on google hes been in around one hundred films he the most accomplished actor on emmerdale but YES his voice really grates on me too

yes i agree about Father Jack - he was great - but i think totally miscast in this!! - i think i did read somewhere that Ashleys wife has a 'thing' with Marlon - to me it appears that over time (in soaps) that one person in a marriage has a fling or affair and then later on down the line the other one has one too land so it goes on tit for tat type thing

Emmerdally needs to get rid of Sandy, Alan Turner, Betty Eagleton, Father Ted, Pearl & Moaning Edna. None of them add anything whatsoever to the programme. The money saved could be used to introduce new characters and spice it up a bit .
