show me the funny - doesn't!

what is with this stupid programme? The idea is good and they have a funny presenter and some great judges. but then, when it comes to the comedians 'showing us their funny' they only let us a see a gag or two and they're off!
I wonder if a dvd will be released with the unseen bits? cheeky sods.

I'm pretty sure in the first episode they said we'd see more of the acts as there became fewer of them, crisgal. Thank God! I couldn't have watched a full five minutes of that Prince! :)

what on earth made him think he could do stand up??!!
surely they went through an audition process to get on the show?
he was appalling.

I suspect much of the 5 minutes is not funny or too explicit, but I think they are saving most of teh material for the later rounds.
I found it a very frustrating programme- I just wanted to see the acts.
I may give it a miss for a few weeks and then look in later
