What is the most gory film you've ever seen, for me it has to be Day of the Dead (1985).

I agree with Hostel. But did see a foreign film, didnt want to but my bloke was showing his mates it and dont know what it was called but this bloke bashed this mans skull in with a fire extinguisher and he's still trying to talk with half his head gone and there is some awful rape scenes. I nearly threw up.

I think 4getmenot is referrring to Irreversible. My vote for a sick film is Federico Fellini's 120 days of Salo.
