A friend from London said he may come down for the weekend. I'll know later if and when.

He has to work (how quaint eh?) so he won't know until after lunch. If he comes down, it'll more likely be tomorrow morning.

I used to be at primary school with a boy who had webbed feet. We used to gather around him in the gym class just to stare at his feet. We had no telly in those days so we had to get our entertainment elsewhere.

If the weather forecasters are right, many of us will see snow over the weekend. It's still not at all cold here. Still no heating on and windows open. That may all change as from this weekend though.
