I would have went to college. Saying that though I probably wouldn't be in the same position today if I had.

Never would have started smoking. Only started to be in with the right crowd at
school and being immature as i was then I thought it made me look grown-up and sophisticated.
Learnt to be a sparky when offered, and then start my own business.
As the famous song goes....

funnily enough I didn't start smokint till I was 23!!!
and that was in the Maternity Ward...you could then...

Yes, I'm still puffing. Wish I had the willpower to give it up. I get bad bronchitis every
winter and am a lot poorer in the purse. And I would dearly love to have the energy
to run round and play with my 4 grandchildren.

I was the only one who didn't smoke and so I was given the job of watching for the Sister coming as they were only allowed one afer a meal
got fed up with that, so I tried one,,lol

I know a few people that have given up after reading.
Many moons ago, when I was 17 and in the civil service in Scotland, I was offered a civil service job in London. Wish I'd taken it!
